I can state the facts and my gut feeling feedback after my cell phone call with the CEO?
(1) Some positive news coming in a few weeks. Nothing huge but progress.
(2) I feel this could be a real start up company with sales and revenue hitting 1 million 1st quarter of 2009. As of now there has been a increase in revenue.
(3) What specific PR 's will be released were not talked about as I was asked to call back in a few weeks.
(4) I agree that the volume was up today and outstanding shares are not very high! But the exact words from CEO were we know the value is so low! We were expecting to generate revenue? I also know the company feels that even at appx. 1 billion shares outstanding and with some positive news coming, "exact words, Too many shares out there! My guess, what will shares bought at 0.0001 and 0.0002 bring in? Maybe more dilution?
(5) My feeling is that they want to show they are on a slow but positive path. They want to create credibility and value!
(6) My opinion? PR's with a R/S to create value so they can increase sales and distribution when they approach potential business deals. And hopefully stock value will hold at a decent value and people will buy in?
(7) Risks? Will PR's come first or the potential R/S?
(8) I sold out today but will watch this in the weeks ahead and make that other phone call if the PR's do not come out first?
Remember: I SPOKE TO A SUB PENNY CEO. THIS IS JUST MY FEEDBACK FROM THE TALK WE HAD. THIS ALL CAN CHANGE AS WE ALL KNOW IF YOU HAVE BEEN DEALING IN PENNY STOCK IN THE PAST 2-3 YEARS!!!
