Incorrect. We are not the plaintiffs in this particular suit. We were shown thousands of episodes of SPAM as to Concorde Resources, we agreed by resolution to finance the lawsuit. We haven't heard of a defense that occurs because a company changes its name.
We have initiated and prosecuted SPAM suits in our name. This isn't one of them. We are only the financiers of the suit.
