It is moving up, and it looks like it's in the hands of the MM's for now. There must be a reason for that, and anybody at JPT is not going to be able to answer that question.
The pscyology here is to wait and see if this is going to get diluted to death before jumping in, I'd imagine...and I'd refer back to the fact of insider ownership to quell that concern...but it will take a bit of time. MM's got something to do first, IMO.
