I don't follow MCEL (as you pointed out they are having a big day), but they said the following was the reason to avoid

We must say, this was one highly unique company that had considerable long-term potential. Notice we are talking in the past tense as news out today has all but rendered the company obsolete. Today, the company’s Board of Directors terminated the employment of all executive officers and employees of the company effective as of the close of business on May 9, and has ceased operations.


I only posted to put all info on GCOG on the table. I am in and long so I don't choose to take his advice, but it is good to know that sentiment is out there
