The current case is a civil suit. A Grand Jury is not involved. Grand Juries are used to bring criminal charges. A person cannot be "found guilty" in a civil case. If the court upholds the default then the judge will rule for the SEC. Whichever way it goes, there are no charges associated with it and RPH cannot be "found guilty or not guilty."

No criminal charges have been filed at this point.
