I think they would readily admit that they made a mistake running those ads before it was dead-certain that they were primed to release product. You might consider asking ITguy to include your question in this regard amongst those he packages for direction to Spooz management, as he has asserted he intends to do. Better yet, why don't you attend the shareholder's meeting and ask them that yourself?

I'm not about to assert that Spooz has not made serious mistakes I hate them having made. Just believing that Spooz is a great idea and continuing to see that it deserves a certain amount of my investment funds (in my high risk allocation mind you), does not mean I've checked my common sense at the door. My issues are with the aggressive assertions of such ideas as "Spooz is and always has been a scam" or "there is no evidence whatsoever that Spooz has been even working during the last 8-10 months" and so on....

If anyone has insider information or has gotten hold of something that would prove to the rest of us that Spooz is and always has been a scam, as a shareholder, I sure would like to see that evidence. In that we have recieved two PRs in two days, which are events for which companies who are regulated by the Federal government can be prosecuted if they are proven to be dishonest, I'd have to point out that, insofar as recent events are concerned, there is far more to generate a conclusion that we have good things coming than current evidence that there is not any confidence remaining in Spooz management, an assertion that has also been made recently and not proven.
