#1703 RE: mattydollars #1702

All- Just called the company and spoke with the receptionist at Kingslake. I was surprised that someone actually picked up the phone. I tried to pick her brain, and of course she had no information, but did state on more than one occasion that the company is doing fine. I left a voicemail with JP, which I am sure I will not hear from. They are still open.

matty,

Important point: The .0001 was 3,000 shares. A whole $0.30.

In my opinion, activity like that is done by design. It's the
f#@!&ng pond scum involved trying to get shareholders to give up shares. Saving mine as chips for litigation.

BTW: I've not seen any proof positive that JP et al are ACTUALLY still located in the office space. Kingslake may have a suite rented. Are they current on the rent? Is there activity at the office?

Want to see what happens when mgt that's not FOS puts out news related to reserves in the southeast region? Check DMEC. Of course, the kind of upward movement they experienced requires that mgt hasn't allowed rampant dilution either.

Got that JP? Real company + low float + real news = increase
in PPS.

HONEOYE FALLS, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--May 14, 2008 -- Domestic Energy Corp. (OTC BB:DMEC.OB - News) announced today it has acquired the working interest and operating rights to more than 90 wells in Tennessee with Chattanooga Shale potential.
