My guess, it is not likely to last the day. The trading patterns suggest maybe there is a somewhat contrived effort to suggest panic selling while perhaps hoping that others will sell to increase downward pressure and volume. I'd think there will soon be larger Buying because the company has a much better near term future than those prices are reflecting. I doubt if those PIPE investors will be selling soon, despite having some of their shares unlocked.
