yep I'm sure, it's all in the filings. Of course, since the conversions are floorless, that number depends on the sp at the time of the conversions. But since the conversions hardly make the sp go up, it is likely that the number gets bigger as the conversions happen and the sp falls. The debentures, floorless as well, won't make things any better either.
I don't know what Tom S. can do about it other than shredding his preferred shares and give up his majority stake in the company. I doubt he will do that very much, would you shredd your paycheck?
