I already did, many moons ago. You can do it yourself: just take the preferred D and preferred C shares convert them to commons at the current sp then convert the E shares and voila 20+ billion. Of course there are many debentures out there that you should consider too. If you include the debentures, you are looking at close to 30 billion shares.

It has conversion rights of All the Preferred shares into common and All of the Current outstanding CD's owned (YA, Golden Gates, etc).
