Opp. Knocking, why do you think something is up? Today's filing only acknowledges the SEC saying that ommitting certain parts of the agreement with IMA is OK with them. I don't see how you could possibly read anything into this?
Yes hopefully something is brewing, but todays filing is not linked to anything new.
