The price didn't go up because HTRE is still on the pink sheets!!! Pro investors refuse to invest in pink sheets because there are no listing requirements...no matter how good the stock looks. The ones investing in HTRE now are penny stock gamblers like us. I think it is imperative that HTRE get on the OTCBB as soon as possible.
