Thoughts?

I do not think it is the company selling shares. They have money to spare (Mr. Ward is "bucks up" from Tidelands Oil and other enterprises) and a recent PR said they have two purification units on hold in the U.S. (Texas) in case a hurricane hits and they are needed in a hurry. Plus the CEO himself reportedly said recently that there was no reason for the company to sell shares (although either he or I am confused about the current share structure):

No, I think that the market is just restlessly waiting for news of a substantial contract. Right now, ECCI is just "testing" the technology with potential customers. There is the rub!

Does it really work efficiently and effectively for the O&G industry needs with recycling all that increasingly precious frac waste water? THERE is the REAL question.

There is not much on the company website about how well it works*, although the Press Releases about England sure do indicate it works well there on sewage and mining waste. Has there been 3rd party verification of those results? I guess the real verification will be some Texas contracts to buy/lease ECCI purification units.
Until then, the market WILL fluctuate. I feel strongly both ways. It is hard to buy shares. And I bet it is hard to sell them. LOL
