Thanks KA12. I was going to call TDA as well. I know some say the restriction started Feb. 1, but I don't think that's right. I can't remember where I read this or who I asked, but I do remember coming to the conclusion the the restriction actually starts on the pay date. In this case the pay date was 4/10/2008 according to the OTCBB entry. I'm going to suggest the restriction end on 10/10/2008, not 8/1/2008. They should be free trading on 10/13/2008.
