I think so too thats why I bought a chunk yesterday under .04, I played this stock before and it shot up to 0.50 after hitting a low of .02 .

Someone bought 1,350,000 shares after I made my trades.

May 15th is when the 10K comes out. They never had a death spiral financing in place. 75mil shares outstanding 100mil autuorized !!

It's risky, but you can be highly rewarded as well.
