Cdnstocker - Kip seems to like to collect shells and then do nothing with them - he has 4 that I knoe of and not a sniff of a merger with one of them.

Maybe he is not trusted in the shell/merger world, he certainly ain't doing a great job of promoting them thats for sure.

Looks like the "myth" filed a 15-12G on 05-08 for his PNHI shell..Hmmmm, no other Edgar filings since 1999..
