Banx and Green also wants to make it very clear that the situation with ISE BLU EQUITY CORP has no bearing and nothing to do with Banx and Green. Banx and Green Group Inc. is a separate company and the only connection is an option to acquire the assets of ISBL. The company has made no decision with regard to that matter.


If I recall Mr Lane was runing the show at ISBL. So this statement makes no sense to me.

Didn't Dre quit ISBL a bit ago.

IMO I see red tape.

For all those who cannot read BETWEEN the lines atleast read the lines:

In a nutshel, Banx and Green will go public and we recieve our free shares. To me that is GREAT NEWS. To those who do not have free shares, well expect Banx and Green to start buying pieces of ISBL for next to nothing at current PPS. ISBL did say they are trying to get off the greys but that is difficult although they are trying. I'm not sweating it cause if Banx and Green open and can sustain the PPS that they said, $1.80 - $2.00, then big $$$ will be made.
