this 8k was a restatement of previous funds of 50M if necessary. it is now 30M... FRPT has not had to tap that $$ because they are sitting pretty, but it is there if they need it.

Not all of it......lets see, its a revolving line of credit. They can borrow and pay back at will !

The Letters of Credit are to be used by Borrower solely for trade credit enhancement.
