It's called DILUTION!! News has to be BETTER than DILUTION or the FEAR of DILUTION. Tom has shown he is more than willing to build SWVC off the backs of shareholders. A real CEO of REAL company could never get away with this. Tom has scared away ALL new investors and will continue to do so until DILUTION issue is settled!! Simple as that!!!!
