I agree completely.
The intent of my post was to suggest to people that legal action isn't a viable option. I don't think any of us wants to sue SEVU.

Do as you like. But, two points.

1) Like it or not some are trying to now decide whether to buy, hold, or cut their losses. Perhaps I overestimate the legal gravity of the situation, maybe not.

2) Like it or not, many of us are wondering how deep McBride has buried himself with the PR's and would like as much information as possible before making the decision in 1). The information from the company isn't exactly flowing.

No disrespect intended and I hope that things will be back on track soon and SEVU goes to $100. But, when McBride talks to A@P in any capacity and agrees to be taped w/o a lawyer present; my confidence is shaken even more in his judgement. May as well invite Linda Tripp over for coffee. We'll all see how much damage was done by this phone conversation soon. Maybe none.

I know, guess I should sell and get out. Unfortunately, too many have already done that.
