Doog, excellent post!

These 10 points are worth repeating:

1. Ernst & Young would NEVER have accepted an engagement with Aquagold without first doing their own brand of extensive due & fully qualifying them as a client!

2. The pending 8K will prove that Aquagold DOES in fact have a $118M 8 year contract with Wolong Holdings!

3. Aquagold has promised a continued escalation of other transparency factors to begin arriving prior to official launch which will move them up to the highest pinksheets reporting status!

4. Aguagold has Ernst & Young working for them as we speak...so clearly E&Y will soon begin providing a major assist on some of the transparency factors Aquagold can soon provide like full audited fins for example as Aquagold looks to seperate itself from the pos-land/stinky-pinky pack!

5. Aquagold will be launching its newly designed product line in one of China's most sacred venues...the Great Hall of the People!

6. Aquagold will soon have their newly designed product line on the shelves of china's largest supermarket sector retailer in Lianhua which is owned by the Bailian Group which also owns China's 2nd largest hypermarket/supermarket operater in Hualian...& the Bailian Group plans on having 8000 combined outlets(hypermarkets, supermarkets & convenience stores) in place prior to the summer Olympics with plans for Lianhua to open up 400 new outlets this year alone!

7. Aquagold will have outdoor ads running on 7 foot outdoor screens on the steets of Shanghai coinciding with their official product launch at the Great Hall of the People!

8. Aquagold will be the official bottled water &/or sponsor of the Miss China pageant 2008 & the 2008 China Formula 1 Boat Race!

9. Aquagold's initial "guaranteed" 8 year/$118M contract with Wolong is a "MINIMUM" number & can & will easily be exceeded as the rest of Aquagold's ongoing negotiations in other industries are finalized. Especially China's vast hospitality/tourism industry where the demand for "premium" bottled water is greatest! In fact it should be noted that Lianhua's parent company the Bailian Group also controls Hotels & Restaurants in China & it's been stated since day 1 that one of Aquagold's number 1 target markets is China's vast tourism venues(140M tourists expected to flow through Beijing alone in 2008 & China has 166 cities with over 1M residents).

10. Aquagold stated at the NYC meeting that they will be offering private placements when the time comes to secure additional funding requirements for their 2nd bottling line requirements which will cost approx. $7M &/or their initial 20% partial ownership stake in Iroquois which will cost approx. $2.5M!
