Well mmayr, it would seem to me that since Mataras has made the first filing with the SEC in a very long time, and claims in that filing to have struck a deal with the former management, that one can take this as a very strong indicator of who has control of the corporation presently. Issuing false press releases are one thing, but false SEC filings are quite another.
