utilities do their math and figure nuke is more economical. That is what happen during 1970's oil embargo, a lot of utilities rush to build nuke plant. However, their construction management, EPA opposition and NRC regulation drag the nuke industry down. Now, they have their lesson learnt so they should do better this time around
