Boomer, thanks for clarifying what you meant when you said, "Maybe money raised from converting the note would be reinvested back into H3". Of course you understand that at current prices, for this to happen, it means that the note holder would get shares at around .033 cents. To keep it simple, let's say he converts $1 million. He would get about 30 million new, dilutive shares. And let's say that from all the positive things posted here the stock goes up to 15 cents. To get that "money raised" as you mentioned, the note holder would have to sell the 30 million new shares at .15 = $4.5 million (a nice 350% profit, wouldn't you say?) to "reinvest back into H3". Now Chutjian is a fair guy, so let's say he "only" pockets $3.5 million and reinvests the other million. Of course, as I'm sure you understand but some others may not, under the terms of the note he granted to HIMSELF this new million would receive the same terms.

So now, another $1 million can be converted at the lower of the lowest bid price or 5 cents. And the cylce can go on and on. This sounds a lot like the cycle I quoted from posts by flsunchaser where he described the guys who really run the company and called investors like you and me "suckers". I think the cycle should be stopped.
