Let's see if we can put everything in prospective - We will skip the first 12 months of BS and the 64 million in fakes LOIs and contracts of course this is just more lies from the devil. Because RSPG bottled and shipped all the 64 million right?

Now let's opine on the matter of paying the bill's of course this is just more lies! Lawsuit filed and won against (The Little Guy) by G.W esq. judgment filed - Lawsuit filed and won against (The Little Guy) by V.Y judgment in Hereford. Lawsuit filed and won by landlord in Hereford for back rent. Sheriff locks down plant. Utilities all turned off for months. employees teminated months ago for the exception of two - they are also gone and not paid. (The little guy) couldn't meet the payrolls, I know just another lie.

This is the biggest lie from the devil, over 500 pallets or 42,000 cases of water bottled over 7 months ago can't be moved or soled even after (The Little Guy) had numerous meetings with county & state official's - reason "health department will not give approvals".

Now (The Little Guy) is trying a new ploy using a straw-man to try and purchase the land in Hereford - opening escrow with $100 thousand - but and this is a BIG BUT (The Little Guy) will have to come up with 6 million plus in 30 days. With his CFO and partner terminated for bank fraud (False contracts) does that ring a bell? What would the straw-man think if he knew I know just more lies from the devil.

So lets some up what we all know are lies:

RSPG never filled the 64 million LOIs & Contracts (That's a Lie)
The Plant was locked down by the Sheriff (That's a lie)
They Terminated the employees (That's a Lie)
Utilities have been turned of (That's a lie)
The Health Dept. said we couldn't sell the water (That's a lie)
The CFO worked with the FBI on bank fraud Case (That's a lie)
All the Payrolls, Utilities, Rent, Car Payments, House Payments, Suppliers, Attorneys are NOT paid (That's a lie)
Our lease was broken & we DON'T own the water rights (that's a lie).
I have been sued by V.Y and G.W. (That's a Lie)
Trying to buy the land in Hereford under another name (That's A lie).
Having a Straw-man buy & lease it back to (The Little Guy) (That's a lie).
We have bad management (That's a Lie)
We have no income (That's a Lie)
We have no money in the bank (That's a lie)
Our equipment is not worth 6 million plus (That's a Lie)
