Your absolutely correct about the Atocha as I have had the pleasure and opportunity to meet the Fishers and to dive with them and find a little treasure, I am somewat versed it its history.

Noellag, Champartdirect was already asked to respond to that question today. I think that is not a question that DPBE wants to answer.

Wilf has already said that he had the manifest. IMHO, if he does. He knows that there is NO Treasure listed on it or he would have been the first one to tell the world about it.

WIlf's Good friend just came back from diving in the DR with Wilf and his family. That person has already posted publicly that the Scipion is an Historical Wreck, and it doesn't have much treasure on it. That info came from one of Wilf's friends, so take it for what it's worth.
