In the latest PR, Errol Stone is quotes as saying "By becoming an investment advisor, 141 will be able to provide trade recommendations for securities as well as for derivatives. This will substantially increase the number of potential customers as upon its registration, 141 will be able to offer stock recommendations,''

So it looks to me like they have developed a system for creating stock recommendations as well as derivatives (which I assume includes options and futures) Since SWARM is only licensed for securities, I am guessing that they have other trading systems they can use.
