that is why knowing the makeup
of those original investors
was so important

again ..

Very true.
Also, no filing=no termination IMO.
Forward-looking PRs, mean nothing until the filing. They had to file regarding the CONsulting agreement, they should have filed a termination.
So where's the filing?

Also, the "65 percenters" are actually only 30, as the other 35 were converted debt...hardly "loyal" shareholders.
And then there's Hunsaker who didn't take all he was owed at the time of the merger in shares.
Think he didn't see a TANK coming?
