That's the point. Suggest you guys communicate your thoughts suggestions to the company...although I'm quite sure they have enough of a clue to realize the issues/opportunities.
Plenty of opportunity for those of us who have helped develop web sites to banter about with extremely tactical thoughts (layout, font, type size, resolution, HTML vs. flash,SEO)...but I don't believe going on and on about it on this board is productive for anyone attempting to gain insight about this as an investment.
