It seems to be of the opinion that clinical trials will be a breeze. Handi-Lab C was Sumatest and has been around for at least 4 years with terrible test results;
CLXN's "trials" say that the product works great. Of course they do.

The topic of Sequoia selling their 220 million stake in CLXN to fund operations without filing a Form 144 or a Form 4 showing the sale as you said they did is a whole different can of worms.
