Yes for Choicetrade. They mixed them right in with shares bought on the market and had them settled the moment they entered the account.
MONA's latest filing at pinksheets stated the shares were restricted. I'll bet there will be some people that sell if there are many with shares that appear to be free trading.
I think Scottrade will be one of the last for them to show up from what I've experienced, but on the other side I haven't seen them screw up a divi yet.
