you "do" realize there is 449k in cd's on this stock...and that converting those, WOULD have a detrimental effect on the stock right?

this is a fact

and yes it does appear a seller was in play here

also a fact

but at the moment the selling was NOT outweighing the buying and hence the pps rose under what is known as open dilution.

What i do not see here is recognition of this fact.

For what is not being talked about is this.

That some traders, look for this very thing, traders like ME!!

We watch for dilution, and we wait for it to either subside or stop, or sometimes look to see if it has no effect on pps in a dramatic way, to see if theres a chance to make money before the issuer floods the market with shares trapping us at a low price.

Now before you go off half cocked assuming i am here to "kill" your run.

I would suggest you get a grip, my words cannot compete with the issuer.

If the tap is left alone here, folks will be able to get out with your profits. If not, you WIll be trapped.

Ask around, I know full well what i am doing here, and full well what i will NOT be doing here.

You have two major issues to contend with on this play.

1-Beating the 2nd wave frontrunners out the door with your profits, and yes...wakey wakey, this was frontrun.

2- The dilution, which for now does not appear to be causing the buying to deflate the situation, as is the case when the selling dominates the buying.

Aside from that we have cd's cut to fellas who have in the past, been ...well...less than gracious.

not the first time i have been bashed by those less aware of why i read charts on dilution plays.

I would suggest saving your energy to support your stock.

bleating in my face usually serves no effective purpose.

I will continue to trade on technical analysis, as it is what keeps me away from the plays that stay.

Now unless your long this stock? This TA is exactly what is required to know when to enter and exit, many folks do well by this method.

Should you choose to follow your on path then great!!!
