QID and QLD are pretty liquid right now, as are SSO and SDS. However, the other 2X funds out there are not very liquid. I hope if they do come through with these the QQQQ and SPX derivative products have sufficient volume to provide liquidity.

QID is especially fluid today after a slow start.
