Angel Acquisition Corp sold 10,000,000 shares for $363,000. The series C shares were bought for an average of .0363 cents or .036 cents. A lot of money for a shell company to not do an RM (imo) Terminus is the owner of these shares as they paid a handsome price (.036) much higher than the .0005 price and valuation we are currently at. No conversion of Series A Preferred stock until Oct 24th, 2008.

BHWF.OB looks like a solid bottom play at .0004 moving forward IMO. Blackhawk fund & new management could be moving closer to releasing news regarding the changes at Blackhawk Fund from all the filings (Form 4 & 8-K) that have been released. Seems we could have an RM on our hands. Pending news releases will tell more of the story.
