with CDIN.PK..all the DD is there for anyone to see. They have an absolute solid share structure. You can see that they have a net positive gain. The CEO is going to start buying more properties soon. Banks will loan to the company money in this housing market where he can obtain great properties that have been foreclosed on. Does not need toxic financing to run the company keeping shareholders at the forefront of his mind. The Pacific NW is one of the strongest markets in the U.S. for housing.
