From reading the last filing you have a 10k lease that they never put a penny into and the only difference now is what?
I doubt if the company pokes a penny into any lease property other than a PR of the potential. At least if they spent a dollar on the first property and came back with "it sucks" you might have some kind of assurance that they might throw a penny at the next one but all we have now is a bunch of debt which has to get paid and since there is no money the only way to do that is to take your shares. If you haven't figured it out already, dilution is the same as taking your shares. The only difference is nobody goes to jail.
