i thought the point of pinks is that you don't have to report what your company's doing and in so doing, report what you're doing w/ the company. i could be wrong with that but yah a form 4, 13g or 13d wouldn't be required. like i said, i'm not sure when it comes to the regulations of the OTC vs OTCBB.
