Did you even read that response? It says, in part, "However, we cannot tell you whether or not we will-or have already begun to-look into the issues raised in your correspondence." So please don't post that the S. E. C. is investigating, and please let this drop. For your information, you got a second type of form response which is sent to people alleging to have been damaged by some illegal or unethical action. It isn't much different from the one I quoted, except that, because you claim to have been damaged, they tell you to get a lawyer or write your congressman, so to speak.
