Yep', but I would say at this point more to the effect of being "off the hook".

At the same time "off to the races" sounds much better!! :-)

I really feel that we will hear from Mr. Newman about Mr. Knoll's resigning before close of the day....

That would be the only time that I'd start to worry is when he goes silent, until then I'm still Optimistic that we'll all prosper thru it all.
