Overall I am positive on where this company can go, but they need to start understanding that you have to do things like a successful company in order to become a successful company. I have never heard a conference call where the company asks shareholders to help them in achieving the corporate goals. Talk about giving people zero conidence in a company. It is fine if they don't know how to get to the next level, but be smart enough to get someone involved that has been there and can help get Unique there. Shareholders donating miles for travel is not going to solve the issues. Clearly they are out of working capital and have to solve that. Having a great product means nothing without capital to execute the plan. Unfortunately Jim has almost no choice but to give up part of the company for capital. Fidler must know people that can help consult this company to success?
And they are completely wrong when they say they do not control the stock price and continue to show how little they get this. Open more stores, make more money and publish financials. If you do these things the stock will go higher and that is in their complete control just like all publicly traded companies. The stock is done trading higher on the dream. It is all about financials now. JV has his whole life in this, so I hope he finds a way through this very tough patch.
