what she is probably refering to is that IF the R/S goes forward? a new cusip number will be assigned for the shares.

as for how someone could assign a new cusip number to two different sets of cusips? that makes no sense to me.
that can only be considered a merger in the books (as fas as i know), and it would not be done this way...
