Not sure on that one, he might be talking about limetruck and it's audit. IMO He had already stated earlier that the quarterly was forcoming. Anyone else have a thought?

I am just returning from Dallas, TX and we have worked very hard on the Lime Truck acquisition. There will be an announcement imminently. We are now working with the quarterly report 10-QSB that should come out shortly. The results should be quite good with solid record revenue.

It is within 71 days that Arne has/will/required to file audited financials for the acquistion of Lime Truck per SEC reg's to/with them...

Not PR's, those are two different things...
