#293 RE: hitechwatcher #291

hitechwatcher that's a massive.......

find, NOT. It actually totals 65,000 shares at $50,625.00 when you put it all together. Corresponds to the following too.

"On January 23, 2007, the Company issued 80,000 shares of its common stock in exchange for Mr. Basile foregoing $140,000 of his 2007 salary."

When you put it all into proper prospective, Mr. Basile not only took stock in the company to pay himself for 2007, he in turn left the cash in the coffers apparently knowing that future cash would be king to BioMETRX in the buyout of Sequiam. Additionally I see he has retained 15,000 of those shares that were considered as salary payment, payable in stock towards his 2007 salary. As we can clearly see also, Mr. Basile took a pay reduction\stock hit of $79,375.00 which was most likely used as a tax credit towards his IRS tax return, pretty smart move to me.

The way I see it, Mr. Basile not only took a reduction in pay through stock to preserve cash flow, which is unlike the greed from another company CEO that took the companies $250,000 cash from the coffers causing massive loan defaults.

Not to stereotype but because he is an attorney I have a watchful eye and as a CEO he is gaining my respect. If these two personalities work well together, BioMETRX might just make a future for themselves.

yes, I do take a liking to transparency!

PS - Magstone's being next door is bad for business especially when your published telephone number rings somewhere else and more importantly when you have a large amount of unpaid product on the shelf. Clearly you have divulged that Sequiam was in default on the Magstone merger transaction due to lack of payment but there is several major issues I have with your statements.

1.) There is clearly no documentation that supports your theory
2.) Clearly no one answers the telephone at Magstone or Sequiam to qualify or support you comments.
3.) Magstone's web showing no product information what so ever for the BioVault or BioBox but is reflective in PR's and product availability on the BioMETRX web site.

Sorry bud but the major stock dilution numbers you also describe through daily stock transactions don't support any of your theories, claims or accusations as well.

I would have to say that today transparency isn't with you, but I will continue to watch, maybe tomorrow or next week, ya think?

Good Luck
