Considering that is the O/S and not the float we do not now where the shares are. RR should be getting some shares, and certainly hope he does. That way he has a direct incentive beyond regular pay to make HFBV successful. Ether way I have no doubts that RR will produce very favorable results.
Even if the 47.4M shares did go in the float, I feel they have done an excellent job of conserving resources. Plus the 47.4M shares would easily be absorbed once we start seeing sales and all. IMO, eventually we could easily take on the whole A/S at such low share prices. At this time, the reward/potential seems to outweigh the risk by a long ways. Otherwise I would not be here.
By posting the share structure, they are making an attempt to be more up front with investors. That is something you do not always find with pink co.'s. We should all be thankful they are making this effort.
