lol.i'm always confused....no you're kind of right....there won't be a vote on those matters....they have been put in place instead of having the meeting to approve it


that consent by the vote of the majority shareholders will be obtained ..."instead of" obtaining it at the meeting...or having a meeting to decide that

thought it was the 8th.....ooops

so..yeah.....there won't be a meeting on that matter/s .it's a done deal
