im not here to confront you, just saying that i find it strange that they require to lower free float structure to under 1 million,
company trading chart going back to 1996 shows that it never traded over .03 cents and never had volume until recent filings...
in theory only way to increase that free float is by 504's, so if it does trade in ridiculous volume one can only assume that they are doing 504's if it doesnt then it could also mean that they did private placements which in turn means that they would be all restricted for at least one year...
time will tell, and volume will give us the answere
