The court is going to do something with Rufus and CSHD. We all want that, these scammers need to be put away, not just the ones that ran CSHD but all scammers in the pinks..

If you want an honset look into this company get a laywer and file suit, get the records and go from there. But the case at hane has nothing to do with trading records,so called NSSer or any such thing, it is about Rufus, his inflated clames,lies and missrepresentations.

As far as a full blow trial not going to happen, only a trail about the SECs filings and accusations. Anything else needs to be brought by Rufus or shareholders. Again if you want the real truth get an attorny and file suit

The sec has filed a complaint that the bonds that dufus posted on his financials were fraud! The sec filed both against the fake company and dufus. Dufus claimed he had experience and he is never wrong about binds, his statement,"This is what I do and I don't lose!" dufus's famous last words.

Dufus has to hire a lawyer to represent him and the company. No way around that. if he is fighting this aside from the company, then have him hire the lawyer to represent himself.

The idiot can hire a firm pro-bono, Free if the case is worth fighting, they will be happy to take on the case. I know several law firms that do pro bono work. The problem, dufus lies will not hold water.

Once the suit is filed he can pull what ever he information he needs, problem dufus will not becuase then he will lose the flock!!

In order to do that, you have to file a suit. The SEC has filed theirs but it has nothing to do with trading records so the court is not going to go into that. If you want something else, then you have to file a lawsuit.

If you want criminal charges filed against RPH then you should file a complaint with the US Attorney General. If they can uncover sufficient evidence, then they will file charges.
