Well, from memory, didn't it say the Asia Pacific shareholders were the current shareholders of GLCC, or something like that. They go on to mention Dongmei and Wang specifically, but to say the Asia Pacific shareholders are the current shareholders of GLCC, leaves the door open to alot more people?

I guess I should go find that specific clause in the document again. I forget exactly how it was worded, but I remember it left a bit of a loop hole.

And still the pattern of misspelled names continues. Hard to believe really - if I was a CEO I would want to have my name spelled right on a public document. Since there are only a couple people involved in this information process - I still just do not see how this kind of garbage continues.
