Great find, now according to the doc.s each action took about a month and • INTRODUCING BROKER PENDING was filed on 02/21/2008, so it should be finalizing soon.

MM, what we want to keep our eye on is when XXIS has the "Introducing Broker" approved by the NFA.....we've been watching that status since 02/21/2008. ;)
