It could be a number of things hence all the negative discussion on the board now. Folks are frustrated on why this is going down and it really doesn't seem to make sense why it is. To me it seems to be more of a chain of small events to get to this sum but not really 1 significant contributing event. The same points below could be applied to 98% of the pinks discussion when they are experiencing the same consolidation. You know the deal penny.

1)Profit takers who entered very early are selling some of their positions
2)Lower volume-lower interest-lower amount of new $
3)No news--shouldn't need it but momentum either goes uphill or downhill
4)Some folks may be figuring out this isn't an overnight lottery pick, get rich quick stock and have exited with or without loss because they are unfortunately impatient.
5)MMs playing their usual walk-down manipulation games after a big run to make even more money before the next run. It is heavily speculated that there is a large short position they are trying to cover and we have been on the SHO list for several days now.

Same type conversations were occurring before a lot of other good pink stock runners went back up or made their next run. I can't wait until I can get some Atomic Dogg in my local convenience store and see what other innovative products RR comes up with. Or once they do the promotional events with the Atomic Dogg Girls. That will need to be in the I-Box. Hot chicks and sales go together so well. Or the first TV commercial is rolled out with a major athlete spokesperson or NBA sponsorship etc... That is the stuff we need to be discussing. ALL IMO of course.

penny...I think its very simple....people thought RR would come out with a substantial distributor when he took the reins(in other words something by May1)...now investors await that PR ...he has less than 2 weeks now....

Penny w/HFBV it could have stalled as this play has been on the REG SHO list for the past three trading days (Apr 30;May 1st; May 2nd). Shorting is definitely taking place and we have see the downward trend as a result. Strong support at .012. Once it comes off the list this should move higher unless news comes and then it will move higher regardless of REG SHO. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=hfbv

It was support that was strong for a couple days at most. That's not strong support. I think most longs (I am one) would agree that we've seen many come to the many boards we monitor and have your same sentiments.

This company doesn't report so it's risky in the first place to park any money here. That being said - if you had been here at all over the last 6 months you would have seen the growth cycle of this company first hand. The worst thing this company did was stop reporting.

What they did do is:

Start selling online
Photos of product
Corporate restructuring (officers)
Investor Relations - they actually work on it
Marketing - see youtube etc...

I firmly believe noone is going to lose money because this is some shell game run out of Boca Raton or anything like that. If this company goes under it will be because they are inept at running a business or because of market forces that preclude them from gaining market share.

They are trying. Whether it's foolish to do so or not, I believe that.

Make some phone calls, do some googling on whatever information you can find in any PR. And whatever you do - don't sit and watch this stock every day all day minute by minute. Alot of the boards posters get emotional (including myself from time to time). Just don't invest emotionally. If you have 75 bucks you want to park in this thing then so be it. More? So be it. Want to set a stop limit? Fine. But the stupid pps is one penny. Just don't expect to get rich, lol.

And when you lose a bit of money, ask yourself how entertaining these mb can be. Now what is that worth?

Expectations were bigger than the news IMO.

RR has to deliver the goods that are worthy of his NAME or investors will lose faith. We'll know in the next couple weeks.

I actually feel that the two smaller deals they announced hurt the stock... Even though its SALES, they weren't of the magnitude that people have come to EXPECT in RR.

Im a buyer on this dip.
